On Thursday, February 26, 2009, Andrew Lustigman will participate as a panelist in the "Mobile Marketing and the Law" at DMA's Mobile Marketing Day. Mobile Marketing Day is a one-day forum designed for digital marketing executives and direct marketers and focuses on the latest developments in mobile marketing practices. Andrew's session will focus on the legal aspects of SMS sweepstakes and promotions, enforcements actions, as well as privacy and list management practices.
