The panel will cover recent legal updates throughout the U.S. in promotional marketing law, including contests, sweepstakes, coupons, rebates, and commercial co-venturing law, and addresses issues pertaining to creating successful and legal campaigns using new technologies and practices, such as text messaging, internet reverse-auctions, and pooled promotions.
