On October 17, 2007, Lustigman Firm member Andrew Lustigman will be co-presenting a workshop entitled "Workding With Experts To Prove Clinical Studies Claims." The workshop is part of ACI's Claim Substantiation Conference held in New York City. Topics to be covered in the Workshop include working effectively with experts, reviewing and substantiating claims, communicating with scientific experts, knowing what makes a good clinical study, and relevant case law.
