In addition to my work at The Lustigman Firm, I am an assistant professor of law and technology and Touro Law Center in Central Islip, NY. and the director of the Touro Institute for Business, Law and Technology.  In that capacity, I would like to invite everyone to Touro's upcoming conference on April 30, 2007 entitled "When Spam Isn't Spam: An Unfiltered Look at Self-Regulation and the Law Behind E-mail."  The conference will examine both the legal and procedural issues involved in e-mail sending and delivery, including marketing, block lists, and the role of law in fighting spam.  Our featured keynote is David J.
